Finally made it out to Track

Well for the first time in a few weeks I made it out to track workout for Fit2Train. Boy did it feel great being out there, running in the dark, in circles around the track at Plano Senior High.

Today's workout was not easy to me by any means. For not being at track and for not running much since PrairieMan I was able to hold a 7:30 to 7:45 min mile pace real well. By the mile warm down I was worn out but it felt good. Workout was as follows:
1 mile warm up
1 x 1600 (1 mile)
1 x 1200 (3/4 mile)
2 x 800s (1/2 miles)
4 x 400s (1/4 miles)
1 mile warm down

Tomorrow is swim in the am and bike in the pm. Can't wait!
